How to Submit Business

1. Register

If you haven’t registered with us already, please complete and return this form to info@vernonintermediaries.co.uk

2. Obtain a Decision in Principle

Whilst we can accept full applications without a DIP, we strongly recommend you obtain a Decision in Principle first. As well as giving you an initial decision, you will be advised what documents are required to submit the case

3. Affordability Calculator

When requesting a DIP, you MUST complete an Affordability Calculator, ensuring accurate data is used in respect of income and expenditure. We cannot provide a DIP without an Affordability Calculation

4. Submit a Full Application

Once your registration has been confirmed, you will be able to submit an application via our online portal. All documents required for the application should be uploaded at the time of application

Please note – we are unable to process a case without the documents requested. Unless specifically requested, we will instruct survey on the receipt of the application. If we subsequently decline the case, a refund of the valuation fee will be made, unless there has been a material omission in the information provided. (The refund does not apply if the application is cancelled by the applicant after the valuation has been carried out)
