At the Vernon, we have a very low staff turnover which we feel reflects the satisfaction of our staff.  However, occasionally vacancies arise, so our website is a good place for you to register your interest when they do.

So what are we looking for?  Well, firstly you don’t need to have had previous experience of the industry although it would be an advantage.

People of all ages have come to us from different backgrounds and have quickly acquired the necessary knowledge and skills through our training and development programme.

What we value most is a positive attitude, an organised approach and a confident and pleasant manner when communicating with other people.
