Overview:

Do you have a business analysis background, passion for improving processes through technical solutions and great relationship building skills? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Analyst to join our values driven Society. 

 
It’s a great time to join the society and we’re looking for someone with ambitions as big as ours. As we continue our digital evolution, we’re looking for someone to be responsible for the analysis of business processes, mapping these to new or existing software applications, and the identification of efficiency gains within the organisation.
 
The role will be suitable for an aspirational individual with a Business Analysis background who has the confidence to challenge the status quo and identify process improvements.

The Role...

 
The successful applicated will form an integral part of the Change Team, working with the IT Department and wider business in streamlining and automating business processes. They will identify where technological solutions can reduce manual effort and introduce efficiencies, as well as ensuring the continual improvement of processes across the Society.
 
 They will have close and frequent engagement with all areas of the business and our key software suppliers.

  • £32,500 per annum (mid-market reference)
