How do I make an appointment with an Adviser in branch?

Contact us on 0161 429 6262 to make an appointment. Alternatively, you can find your local branch's details on our Branch Finder page.

How much can I withdraw in cash per day?

In branch, you can withdraw up to £500 in cash per day. If you need to withdraw more, please contact us on 0161 429 6262.

What accessibility facilities are available at my local branch?

We want all members to have a great experience with us. Our friendly team we try their absolute best to accommodate all accessibility needs and adapt our support accordingly. All branches are equipt with ramp access. You can find out more on our Accessibility Page

How do I make amendments to my account?

To update your account details with us (address and contact details etc), you need to complete an Account Amendment Form. You will be able to update your address and contact details, etc. You can pick up a form in branch or download it here.

How do I register a death?

To register a death, you need to book an appointment to come into branch and provide a copy of the death certificate. This can be the original copy, a copy certified by a solicitor, a death certificate verification form (from your solicitor), or a coroner’s interim certificate.
