Affordability

Before completing a DIP, you must complete an Affordability Calculation. We cannot provide a DIP without an Affordability Calculation. Select the appropriate calculator here.

Decision in Principle

Obtain a DIP before submitting an application. As well as giving you an initial decision, based on the information provided, you'll be advised what documents are required to submit the case.

Once your registration is confirmed, you will be able to submit an application via our Online Broker Portal. All Documents required for the application should be uploaded at this time.
