We're launching a brand new, highly competitive five-year fixed rate mortgage up to 95% LTV, with no arrangement fee.
To keep up with demand from first-time buyers who require high LTV loans we're offering this low-rate mortgage with no arrangement fee to help reduce upfront costs for the buyer.
The 3.49% five-year fixed is available on purchases only, through intermediaries and direct from us.

The 95% mortgage is available on loans from £95,000 to £300,000 across England and Wales, excluding London and the South East.
The rate is fixed at 3.49% until 31/10/2026, when borrowers will revert to our SVR of 5.2%. Early repayment charges apply for the first five years. Not available on a remortgage basis.
