Our new Complex Prime mortgages offer flexible lending for complex incomes and properties, all with personal, common-sense underwriting.

Supporting Clients with Complex Circumstances

We’ve launched four new products under our Complex Prime range, offering more flexibility for clients with sophisticated income profiles or property requirements. They also offer the ability for sole applicants to go above 5.5x LTI for affordability, with joint applicants able to go above 5x. Each product is available for purchase or remortgage, and every application is personally underwritten to reflect your client’s individual circumstances.
