As a mutual building society, we price all our products to balance the needs of our Member savers & borrowers and the Society’s operating costs to support the Society’s long-term future.

Our rates are competitive in comparison to similar organisations. We believe the rate of return and the customer support we provide represent fair value for the customers we design our products for.
