The Role
Our people are important to us (both customers and employees). We pride ourselves on delivering a high-level of personal customer service and our colleagues regularly impress our customers by going the ‘extra mile’. The Society is a friendly and supportive place to work with opportunities to progress.
You will deal directly with our most valued asset – our customers. The responsibilities will include (but not limited to); processing of day-to-day transactions, opening and closing of accounts, balancing tills, document administration and the promotion of the Society’s products and services. Most importantly, you will be responsible for creating a happy customer experience.
Desirable Skills & Experience
A good team player with a high-level of numeracy and literacy, and great communication skills. Energetic and enthusiastic, with a proactive approach to delivering outstanding customer service and promotional opportunities; you’ll have good attention to detail, ensuring that we operate accurately, efficiently and compliantly.

Package:
- £13,638 per annum (FTE £25,353 Real Living Wage) (Mid-Market 80-120% range based on skills and experience) plus a full range of employee benefits
- Pension scheme (7.5% employer contributions rising to 10% after 2 years) following pension auto enrolment criteria after a 13-week postponement period
