We’re now looking for a HR Adviser to help us shape the next phase of our journey.
The Role
As our HR Adviser, you’ll deliver a high quality, people centred HR service across the full colleague lifecycle. You’ll be the first point of contact for day to day HR queries, support People Leaders with clear and practical advice, and ensure our processes are compliant, consistent, and colleague focused.
You’ll also play a key role in analysing people data, improving HR processes, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen our culture, wellbeing, and colleague experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, values working collaboratively, and is eager to contribute to ongoing improvement and change.

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is CIPD Level 3 qualified (or equivalent)
- Has strong HR knowledge & experience, including employment law
- Is skilled in building trusted relationships and communicating clearly
- Is organised, proactive, and confident managing a varied workload

Package
- £38,000 per annum (Mid-Market 80-120% range based on skills and experience)
- Pension scheme (7.5% employer contributions rising to 10% after 2 years) following pension auto enrolment criteria after a 13-week postponement period
