Non‑Executive Director and Chair of Audit Committee (SMF11)

We're looking for an experienced Non-Executive Director to chair our Audit Committee, providing independent oversight of financial reporting, internal controls, and audit functions.

The role carries SMF11 designation under SM&CR and sits across the Board, Audit Committee (Chair), and Risk & Compliance Committee. Candidates should hold a professional accountancy qualification with strong knowledge of financial reporting, audit frameworks, and UK regulatory requirements, alongside proven board-level or senior executive experience in financial services.

The role requires approximately two to three days per month, with a fee of £36,000 per annum plus a £1,000 travel allowance.
