We are looking for a new role of Treasury Sales Dealer to join our Finance team at Head Office to manage our increasing Treasury activity.
The Role
The right candidate will be responsible for managing the front office treasury activity and the development and maintenance long-term relationships with counterparties, brokers and businesses through regular communications, prompt query handling, and proactive relationship management initiatives. As well as undertaking money market placements, wholesale funding, liquidity investments and execute swaps within the policy limits.
Desirable Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will:
- Have front office experience in treasury dealing
- Understanding of the policies and procedures requirements of a Treasury environment
- Knowledge of interest rate risk management including structural analysis
- Knowledge of liquidity and funding risk management
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Be an organised, conscientious and methodical
- Be able to work to deadlines
- Be educated to degree or industry standard in a relevant field
Package:
- £40,000 per annum (depending upon skills and experience)
- Pension scheme (7.5% employer contributions rising to 10% after 2 years) following pension auto enrolment criteria after a 13-week postponement period
