"Working while studying has been incredibly beneficial. It’s enabled me to complete my Level 3 apprenticeship and progress to my current Level 7 programme, working towards my ACA qualification. "I began my career in the branch network in 2021 after completing my degree. With no prior experience in financial services, I quickly developed skills in savings and investments thanks to a supportive team. After six months, I was offered the chance to complete my CeMAP qualification, which deepened my mortgage knowledge and led to a trainee adviser role.
