Steve Fletcher

Chief Executive
  • About Steve:

    Joined the Society in January 2018. Steve is a highly experienced senior executive in UK financial services sector, he has broad experience of leadership in financial services having worked for Clydesdale and Yorkshire Bank, Eagle Star, Birmingham Midshires, Woolwich and Barclays Bank.

Judith Aspin

Finance Director
  • About Judith:

    Judith is a senior Finance and Treasury professional who joined the Society in 2016, bringing with her extensive knowledge of managing financial risk. She has held senior finance positions at the Co-operative Banking Group.

Ian Richardson

Director of Operations
  • About Ian:

    Joined the Society in 2019 after gaining considerable experience through holding various senior roles at a number of building societies. Ian has extensive knowledge of retail savings, residential and buy to let mortgage lending and mortgage book administration, along with a detailed understanding of financial risk management, prudential and conduct regulation.

Victoria Thackstone

    Victoria joined the Society 2019 and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in regulatory and operational risk, having held roles in risk and compliance at The Co-operative Bank and Hanley Building Society.

Manmohan Purewal

Chief Digital and Information Officer
  • About Manmohan:

    Joined the Society in 2005. Manmohan is a senior technology leader, with extensive experience in financial services IT. He has driven the Society's digital transformation, enabling the adoption of cloud-based technologies and developed the IT and cyber security strategies.
